Privacy notice
Last updated 27 October 2026
Olyvia is run by Patri and Nacho, two people working on their own account. This notice explains what we do with the details you give us. You can contact us about it at any time at hello@olyviatheshop.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the free plan form we receive your answers: your trade, whether you have a website (and its address, or your Instagram or Facebook page if you give it), what you need, the town or area you work in, how you'd like us to contact you, your first name, your business name and your phone number or email. If you message or email us directly, we receive whatever you send.
Why we use it
Only to reply to you: to prepare the free mockup you asked for and to get in touch about it in the way you chose. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and you can withdraw it whenever you like. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who else handles it
Form answers are sent to our inbox by email through Resend (resend.com), or as a backup through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). Our email is hosted by Zoho Mail. If you choose WhatsApp, your messages go through WhatsApp (Meta). Our website is hosted by Vercel. These services process the data only to deliver it to us.
How long we keep it
If we don't end up working together, we delete your details within 12 months of our last conversation, or sooner if you ask. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run your website and for our records.
If we contacted you first
We sometimes get in touch with businesses we think we could help. To do that we use business contact details that are publicly available, such as Companies House, Google Business Profiles and business directories: your business name, trade, area and business phone number or email. We rely on our legitimate interest in offering our services to businesses. We only email limited companies and LLPs without asking first; sole traders and partnerships we contact by other means or only with their consent.
Every message tells you who we are and how to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we keep a minimal record (your business name and contact detail) so that we never contact you again, and delete everything else.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or tracking. If that changes, we will update this notice and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email hello@olyviatheshop.com and we'll reply within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
